Sergio Garcia Killed in Car Accident on 5 Freeway near Colorado Boulevard in Griffith Park
Los Angeles, California (May 8, 2023) – Sergio Garcia, 58, has been identified as the man who was killed in a traffic collision on Saturday night in Griffith Park.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 8:50 p.m. on the northbound 5 Freeway near Colorado Boulevard.
Two cars were involved in the crash, but the sequence of events leading up to the accident was not immediately established.
Garcia was killed in the accident, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office and the CHP.
