Donna Nava Killed in Stockton Crash on Highway 26
Stockton, California (May 16, 2023) – Donna Nava, 68, of Valley Springs, was among two people killed in a traffic collision on Wednesday morning in Stockton, according to the San Joaquin County Coroner’s Office.
The wreck took place just before 11 a.m. May 10, on Highway 26 at Alpine Road.
The California Highway Patrol said a silver Infiniti was traveling east on the highway when it struck gravel on the side of the road and lost control.
The Infiniti drifted into the path of oncoming traffic and was struck on the passenger side by a westbound white F-250.
Donna and her husband, Benino Nava, 71, of Valley Springs, were riding in one of the vehicles and were killed in the incident.
The collision is under investigation.
