Nathan Johnson ID’d as Rider Killed in Sisquoc Crash on Foxen Canyon Road

Sisquoc, California (March 6, 2023) – The motorcyclist who was killed in a collision that happened near Sisquoc on Sunday morning has been identified as Nathan Johnson, 18, of Santa Maria, according to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash took place at 7600 Foxen Canyon Road at about 10 a.m. March 5.

Authorities said Johnson was riding a Yamaha motorcycle southbound when he collided with a northbound Honda Accord in unclear circumstances.

Medics performed CPR on Johnson but he died at the scene.

The two people in the Accord were not injured. The CHP is investigating the collision.
