1 Killed in Multi-Vehicle Accident on 580 Freeway near First Street in Livermore
Livermore, California (May 25, 2023) – One person died in a multi-vehicle collision that also left the eastbound 580 Freeway completely shut down early Thursday morning in Livermore.
The pileup occurred at around 3:30 a.m. near First Street.
Multiple vehicles were involved in the crash.
Authorities said one person was killed in the accident.

Investigators closed all eastbound traffic lanes as they worked the scene, causing traffic snarl-up.
