1 Killed, 2 Injured in Highway 30 Car Crash in Columbia County
Danielle Yoemans Killed, 2 Others Injured in T-Bone Collision on Highway 30

Columbia County, Oregon (May 23, 2023) – One person died, and two others were hospitalized after a T-bone collision that happened Saturday night in Columbia County, the Oregon State Police said.
The wreck transpired at about 9:47 p.m. on Highway 30 at Butterfield Road.
OSP said 27-year-old Salina Gable Malynn, of St. Helens, was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee westbound when she crossed into the eastbound lane to turn onto Butterfield Road.
Police said while turning, an eastbound Ford Focus driven by Steven Bayard Sullivan, 34, of Hillsboro, crashed into the passenger side of the Cherokee.
Sullivan’s passenger, Danielle Dawn Yoemans, 36, of Hillsboro, died at the crash scene.
Sullivan was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
Mallynn was unhurt while her passenger, 24-year-old Katie Ann-Devona Witt of St. Helens, was taken to a hospital in Washington with unspecified injuries.
Authorities are still investigating the collision.
