At Least 1 Injured in San Rafael Crash on 580 Freeway at San Quentin
San Rafael, California (April 15, 2019) – At least one person was injured after a two-vehicle crash Sunday evening in San Rafael, according to authorities.
The collision happened at around 6:41 p.m. Monday, on northbound 580 Freeway at San Quentin.
As per the CHP officials, two vehicles including a Nissan Rogue crashed for unknown reasons. Airbags were deployed in the Nissan following the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to one female party in the Nissan who complained of pain as a result of the collision. The victim’s names and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The vehicles were blocking lane 2 following the crash. The roadway was opened as of 7:03 p.m.
No additional details concerning this incident were provided.
