Ty Burks Injured in Davis Car Crash on Highway 102 near Highway 29

Davis, California (January 17, 2021) – Two people were seriously injured in a solo car crash on Saturday afternoon in Davis.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision happened at about 12:45 p.m. January 16, on Highway 102 near Highway 29.
A 25-year-old Citrus Heights man, was driving a 20001 BMW southbound on Highway 102 when he lost control and crashed into a power pole.
The vehicle reportedly caught fire after the collision.
The drivet and his passenger, 25-year-old Ty Burks of Rocklin, were seriously injured in the accident and were transported to a Sacramento Hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
