CHP Investigating 3-Car Crash on 580 Freeway and Isabel Avenue in Livermore

Livermore, California (February 18, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-vehicle accident that injured one person on Friday afternoon in Livermore.
The accident happened at around 12:23 p.m. on February 17, on eastbound 580 Freeway, just east of Isabel Avenue.
Police confirmed three vehicles, including a gray Acura and a work pickup truck, crashed for reasons yet to be determined.
Fire officials and medics responded to the scene to attend to one person injured in the crash. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately released.
Debris was scattered in the roadway following the crash.
All lanes were opened as of 1:43 p.m.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
