1 Killed and 1 Hurt in Car Crash on National Trails Highway near Bryman Road in Oro Grande

Oro Grande, California (August 2, 2020) – A driver was killed and a second one was seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision in Oro Grande, San Bernardino, on Sunday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision happened on National Trails Highway near Bryman Road at about 6 a.m.
A brown 2018 Toyota Highlander and a 1991 Honda Civic were involved in the collision. The impact of the collision caused the Civic to overturn in the middle of the roadway.

The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Firefighters had to extricate a female occupant of the SUV before she was airlifted to a trauma center by helicopter REACH-43.
Both directions of National Trails Highway were temporarily closed as the authorities examined the scene.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
