1 Injured in Car Accident on 8 Freeway near Main Street
El Cajon, California (March 18, 2023) – At least one person was injured in a two-vehicle collision on Friday afternoon in El Cajon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on the eastbound 8 Freeway near Main Street.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The impact of the collision caused one of the cars to overturn.
One person suffered moderate to major head injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
