San Jose, California (September 27, 2020) – Three people were injured in a car accident in San Jose on Saturday night, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The accident happened on Highway 85 near Cottle Road at about 11:42 p.m. September 26.

A white older Toyota sedan and a second vehicle were involved in the accident. However, the manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established.

The authorities said three people were injured in the accident. Two were transported to Regional Medical Center of San Jose. Another was transported to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for treatment.

No additional information about the accident was provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
