1 Trapped After Car Accident on Highway 101 in Los Angeles
1 Injured in Los Angeles Car Accident on Highway 101 and Sunset Boulevard
Los Angeles, California (December 1, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a four-car accident that left one person trapped inside an overturned car on Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles.
The collision occurred on Highway 101, just south of Sunset Boulevard, at about 3:15 p.m. on November 30, on Highway 101, just south of Sunset Boulevard off-ramp.
The CHP officials confirmed four cars collided for unknown reasons. One of the cars rolled over due to the accident, trapping one person inside.
Responding fire officials and medical personnel extricated the pinned person. The individual was treated for minor injuries sustained in the collision.
A SigAlert was issued, closing lane 2,3,4 for one hour due to the accident.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
