Sean Ogawa Hillman Killed in Bicycle Accident at Grand Avenue and Fredericks Street

San Luis Obispo, California (April 25, 2023) – Sean Ogawa Hillman, 20, has been identified as the Seattle man who was killed in a bicycle accident in San Luis Obispo.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 4 p.m. near the intersection of Grand Avenue and Fredericks Street.

Hillman was riding a bicycle in the area and was hit by a truck in the area.

The man was transported to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center where he died while receiving treatment.

The truck driver stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the authorities.

Authorities do not suspect drugs and alcohol to be factors in the crash.
