Romarye Stiger Killed in Phoenix Car Crash on 10 Freeway near 9th Avenue

Phoenix, Arizona (May 8, 2023) – Romarye Kenneth Stiger, 30, has been identified as one of the two people who died in a fiery car crash early Sunday morning in Phoenix.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the accident happened at around 3:22 a.m. on Interstate 10 Freeway near 9th Avenue.
A vehicle was traveling the wrong way on I-10 and collided with another vehicle.
Both vehicles burst into flames after the crash, killing the wrong-way driver, who was later identified as a 25-year-old resident of Texas.
Stiger, a Phoenix resident, also died in the collision.
