Richard Myers Killed in Victorville Accident Involving Mobility Scooter at Dos Palmas and Monte Vista Roads
Victorville, CA – The San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner's Office has identified a man killed in a mobility scooter at an intersection in Victorville as Richard Anthony Myers, 48, of Victorville.
According to the authorities, the crash happened at around 3:50 a.m. on April 30 at Monte Vista and Dos Palmas Roads.
Reportedly, a white Ford F-150 drove southbound on Monte Vista Road and struck Myers, who was riding a motorized mobility scooter in the roadway.
Myers was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation is underway.
