Pedestrian Dies in Yuba Sutter Accident on State Route 99

Yuba Sutter, California (April 11, 2023) – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle Monday night in Yuba Sutter, according to the authorities.

As per the report, the deadly collision occurred at around 11:25 p.m. on April 10 on State Route 99 North, just south of Highway 70.

For unknown reasons, a gray Toyota was reported to have hit a pedestrian crossing the roadway.

The CHP says the pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in the accident.

Both lanes of northbound Highway 99 were shut down.

No other information about the crash was available.

The crash is still under investigation.
