Police reported that a man was crossing Camelback Road outside of a crosswalk when a vehicle struck him
Phoenix, AZ. – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in Phoenix on Thursday night, according to a report by the Phoenix Police Department.
The incident happened on 16th Avenue and Camelback Road at about 8:30 a.m. April 10.
Police reported that a man was crossing Camelback Road outside of a crosswalk when a vehicle struck him.
The victim was pronounced deceased at a hospital.
The accident caused the closure of Camelback Road as authorities conducted an investigation into the incident.
The crash is under investigation.
