Tucson, AZ.- A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in Tucson on Wednesday morning, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The incident took place in the area of Broadway Road near Wilmot Road just after 11:30 a.m. April 16.

The victim, who was not immediately identified, died in the accident.
The intersection was shut down temporarily as authorities investigated the incident.
