Phelan, CA.- A pedestrian was flown to a hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Phelan on Friday morning, according to the authorities.
The incident took place in the area of Phelan Road and Eaby Road shortly after 6:00 a.m.
A 35-year-old man was reportedly struck by a vehicle in the area under unclear circumstances.
The victim was flown to a trauma center by Mercy Air 22.
There was no update on the condition of the pedestrian.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
