At Least 1 Injured in San Jose Car Collision on Highway 101 near Brokaw Road Off-Ramp

San Jose, California (February 10, 2023) – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday afternoon in San Jose, leaving at least one person injured.

According to the California Highway Patrol, four vehicles were involved in the accident at around 8:07 p.m. on southbound Highway 101 at the Brokaw Road off-ramp.

The report said, for unknown reasons, a BMW, a Honda Odyssey, and two other vehicles collided, blocking traffic lanes.

A 38-year-old female occupant in the Honda complained of pain to the back. Paramedics responded to the scene and offered medical help to the victim. It was not clear if she was hospitalized.

Southbound traffic lanes were blocked for about an hour as authorities investigated.
