Injuries Reported in San Pablo Crash on I-80 near San Pablo Dam Road 

San Pablo, California (May 2, 2023) – Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision on I-80 in San Pablo on Monday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The wreck took place east of San Pablo Dam Road just before 3:30 p.m. May 1.

CHP said three vehicles were involved in the collision on the westbound side of the interstate.

One of the vehicles, an SUV, rolled over and burst into flames.

There were reports of injuries in the accident. The number of those hurt and the extent of their injuries were not specified.

Several lanes were shut down as authorities investigated the collision.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
