Brentwood, CA. – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Tuesday morning in Brentwood, the California Highway Patrol reported.

A sports bike collided with a Toyota Camry under unclear circumstances.
The motorcyclist suffered major injuries in the crash. Contra Costa County fire personnel responded and transported the patient to John Muir Health Walnut Creek Medical Center for treatment.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
