Man, 23, Killed in Gilbert Motorcycle Accident near Williams Field Road and Val Vista Drive
Gilbert, Arizona (May 16, 2023) – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident on Monday afternoon in Gilbert.
According to the Gilbert Police Department, the accident happened at around 1:30 p.m. near Williams Field Road and Val Vista Drive.
A motorist is reported to have struck a motorcycle on the highway in unclear circumstances.
The 23-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital where he later died.
The man was not immediately identified.

The driver of the car was determined to have been driving under the influence and was taken into custody.
More details about the accident were not released.
