Rider Hurt in Fresno Motorcycle Crash on Highway 180

Fresno, California (February 12, 2023) – A motorcyclist was injured in a crash with a vehicle on Saturday afternoon in Fresno, according to the authorities.

The incident happened on Highway 180 east of Peach Avenue at about 1:47 p.m. February 11.

Authorities said a Harley Davidson rider was traveling west on Highway 180 when the motorcycle collided with the rear of a Chevrolet Silverado truck.

The rider was ejected into the roadway following the accident.

The victim was rushed to a hospital with major injuries.

The driver of the truck was unhurt and stayed at the scene.

Authorities said alcohol and drugs were not suspected to have played a role in the incident.

The crash is under investigation.
