At Least 1 Injured in Los Gatos Car Accident on Highway 17 near Redwood Estates Road

Los Gatos, California (February 1, 2023) – At least one person was hurt in a traffic collision that happened Tuesday night in Los Gatos, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The rollover crash occurred at about 9:50 p.m. on northbound Highway 17, just south of Redwood Estates Road.

CHP said a silver Ford Explorer and a black Kia Sportage collided for unknown reasons. The Ford rolled over in the crash, sustaining major damage.

Firefighters responded to the scene and helped at least one person who sustained minor injuries.

A lot of debris from the crash was scattered in the area of the collision.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
