A vehicle was reportedly traveling west on Peoria Avenue when it failed to stop for a red light and collided with a vehicle traveling southbound on 59th Avenue

Glendale, AZ.– A man was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Glendale early Monday morning, according to the Glendale Police Department.
At about 3:30 a.m., police responded to reports of a major accident in the area of 59th and Peoria avenues.
A vehicle was reportedly traveling west on Peoria Avenue when it failed to stop for a red light and collided with a vehicle traveling southbound on 59th Avenue.
Two other vehicles were also caught up in the incident.
The man who was driving the second car was killed in the crash.
The driver of the first vehicle remained at the scene after the crash.
No other injuries were reported in the incident.
According to the police, DUI is being investigated as a possible factor.
The investigation is ongoing.
