1 Seriously Injured in San Luis Obispo Car Crash on Higuera Street near Clover Ridge Rd

San Luis Obispo, California (May 9, 2023) – A major injury car crash was reported on Monday evening in San Luis Obispo.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 7:03 p.m. on Higuera Street near Clover Ridge Road.

Two vehicles, possibly a black BMW sedan and a Chevrolet SUV, were involved in the accident. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.

Authorities say at least one person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
