Luis Guzman Killed in Car Accident on 15 Freeway near Nichols Road in Lake Elsinore

Lake Elsinore, California (April 21, 2023) – 33-year-old Luis Solano Guzman has been identified as the man who was killed in a car crash early Friday morning in Lake Elsinore.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on southbound Interstate 15 Freeway near Nichols Road at around 2:15 a.m.

The Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department responded to the crash and found two vehicles at the accident scene.

Guzman, a resident of Menifee, was pronounced dead at the accident scene by the Riverside County Coroner.

The occupant of the second car was unhurt.

No additional information about the accident was not provided.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
