Juvenile Injured in Mecca Bicycle Accident at Lincoln Street and Avenue 68
Mecca, California (May 3, 2023) – A juvenile bicyclist was hospitalized after being struck by a car in Mecca on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the accident happened at around 6:11 p.m. in the area of Lincoln Street and Avenue 68.
The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately disclosed.
The juvenile suffered moderate injuries and was airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
