Juan Ambriz Killed in Fresno County Accident near Bethel and Manning Avenues
Fresno County, California (May 19, 2023) – Juan Ambriz, 37, of Fresno, has been identified as the worker who was fatally electrocuted near Parlier in Fresno County on Wednesday morning, according to the Fresno County Coroner’s Office.
The incident happened near Bethel and Manning avenues just after 9 a.m. May 17.
The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said Ambriz was in an elevated boom and may have come into contact with electrical wires.
He was killed in the accident.
The incident caused the closure of Manning Avenue as authorities investigated the accident.
The Parlier Police Department and OSHA are investigating the incident.
