The Tucson police reported that X'Avion Jordan, 26, was driving a Chevrolet Impala westbound on Aviation Parkway at a high rate of speed when he crashed into an eastbound Ford Five Hundred that was making a left turn onto South Country Club Road

Tucson, AZ.– Jon David LaBeau, 26, was killed in a crash with an alleged DUI driver in Tucson on Saturday morning, according to a report by the Tucson Police Department.
The accident was reported at around 7 a.m. November 8, on Aviation Parkway at South Country Club Road.
The Tucson police reported that X'Avion Jordan, 26, was driving a Chevrolet Impala westbound on Aviation Parkway at a high rate of speed when he crashed into an eastbound Ford Five Hundred that was making a left turn onto South Country Club Road.
The driver of the Ford Five Hundred, Jon David LaBeau, 37, was on a green light but did not have a turn arrow.
LaBeau was killed in the accident while Jordan was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Jordan was suspected of DUI. He was later booked into the Pima County Jail on charges of second-degree murder.
The Tucson Police Department is investigating the accident.
