Isidro Cuevas Dies in Marin County Collision on Highway 101

Marin County, California (April 26, 2023) – Isidro Cervantes Cuevas, 22, of Santa Rosa, was killed in a two-vehicle collision in Marin County Saturday morning, according to the authorities.

The crash took place at about 3:30 a.m. April 22, on Highway 101, just north of the 580 interchange.

According to the report, Cuevas was driving a pickup truck northbound on southbound Highway 101 when he collided head-on with an oncoming black BMW driven by Jay Fred King III, 30, of Novato.

Cuevas was killed in the crash.

King was transported to Marin General Hospital for treatment of major injuries.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
