Henry Blank Dies in Fairfield Crash at Clay Bank Road and East Tabor Avenue 

Fairfield, California (December 30, 2022) – Henry Blank, 62, of Vacaville, has been identified as the victim of a deadly crash that took place in Fairfield on December 24, according to the Fairfield Police Department.

The collision happened at about 10:15 p.m. in the area of Clay Bank Road and East Tabor Avenue.

Dominic Lyons reportedly sped through a stop sign at the intersection and collided with another vehicle.

Blank was among the three occupants of the second vehicle. Blank was pronounced deceased at the scene while the other two occupants, a Vacaville woman and a Fairfield man, were taken to hospital with minor to moderate injuries.

Lyons was determined to have been drunk at the time of the crash.

The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
