Gustavo Garcia Killed in Oakley Accident on Laurel Road and Mellowood Drive 

Oakley, California (February 1, 2023) – Gustavo Garcia, 48, of Brentwood, was killed in a motorcycle collision on Sunday morning in Oakley, according to the authorities.

The wreck took place at around 3:10 a.m. January 29, on Laurel Road and Mellowood Drive.

Authorities said Garcia was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a vehicle that pulled out onto Laurel Road from Mellowood Drive.

Garcia was reportedly thrown several yards up a steep slope following the impact of the accident.

He was sadly killed in the wreck.

The roadway was blocked temporarily as they investigated the wreck.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
