Los Angeles, California (February 10, 2023) – 69-year-old Gordon Moore, of Palmdale, was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened on Saturday afternoon in Palmdale.

According to the California Highway Patrol Antelope Valley Office, the accident happened at around 4 p.m. on Bouquet Canyon Road.

Moore was reportedly riding a 2014 Harley-Davidson northbound on the roadway when he collided with a 2013 Harley-Davidson motorcycle in front of him.

The impact of the collision caused Moore to lose control and crash into a mountainside.

Moore was killed in the accident.

The rider of the second motorcycle, Jose Verdugo, 46, of Lancaster, was hospitalized with minor injuries.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
