Girl, 13, Killed in Parlier Pedestrian Accident at Madsen Avenue and Amigo Avenue
Parlier, California (February 11, 2022) – A 7th-grade student died after being struck by a car on Friday evening in Parlier, Fresno County.
The accident was reported at around 6:20 p.m. in the area of Madsen and Amigo avenues, according to the Parlier Unified School District.
The 13-year-old girl was walking home from school and was in the crosswalk when she was hit by the car.
The unidentified girl succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
The driver of the involved car stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
