Teen Bicyclist Struck, Injured by Truck on Pourroy Road in Murrieta
Murrieta, California (May 16, 2023) – A 14-year-old French Valley girl was seriously injured after being hit by a car as she rode a bicycle in Murrieta on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department, the accident happened at around 3:46 p.m. in the 37300 block of Pourroy Road.
The girl was reportedly struck by a blue Dodge Ram truck in unclear circumstances.
The girl suffered major injuries in the accident and was airlifted to a local trauma center for treatment.

The driver of the Dodge Ram stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the authorities.
