Female Hurt in San Diego Accident at Scripps Summit and Scripps-Poway Parkway
San Diego, California (December 19, 2022) – According to a local news source, the California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle accident that left a female party with minor injuries early this month.
The accident happened around 5:43 a.m. on December 9, at Scripps Summit and Scripps-Poway Parkway.
Per the report, a male driver was exiting the parking lot of a strip mall when he ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into another vehicle entering the intersection. A female driver operated the second car at the time of the accident.
Responding fire officials attended to the female driver, who suffered cuts to her head due to the accident. The patient was treated at the scene.
The driver who ran a red light was not hurt in the accident.
