1 Killed in Studio City Car Crash on Hollywood (101) Freeway near Lankershim Boulevard
Los Angeles, California (February 6, 2023) – One person died in a multi-vehicle collision that happened on Monday morning in Studio City.
The fatal crash happened at around 2:18 a.m. on northbound Hollywood (101) Freeway near Lankershim Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Multiple vehicles were involved in the accident, but the events leading up to the accident were not immediately established. One car was flipped over in the far left lane.
CHP says one person died in the crash.
The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
