1 Killed in Chico Car Crash on Highway 32 near River Road
Chico, California (February 3, 2023) – At least one person died in a head-on collision on Friday afternoon in Chico.
At around 3:07 p.m., the California Highway Patrol dispatch received reports of a traffic collision on Highway 32 near River Road.
The officers who responded to the incident found a pickup truck and a sedan that had collided at the scene. The manner in which the collision occurred was not immediately established.
CHP says at least one person was killed in the accident.
The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
