Eden Palmer Killed in Woodside Car Crash on 280 Freeway

Woodside, California (April 23, 2023) – 54-year-old Eden Palmer, of San Francisco, has been identified as the man who was killed in a wrong-way car crash on Saturday afternoon in Woodside.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on southbound 280 Freeway near Woodside Road at around 2:38 a.m.

Officials say Constellatia A. Martin, 24, of Campbell, was driving a white Ford sedan driving north in the southbound lanes when he collided head-on with a black BMW SUV.

Palmer was killed in the accident.

Palmer’s 14-year-old son was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital.

Martin suffered major injuries in the accident and was taken to Stanford Medical Center. He was later arrested on unknown charges.
