Victorville, California (February 16, 2017) – According to a local news source, a deputy injured Tuesday night after a three-vehicle collision in Victorville.

The accident took place at about 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14 at the intersection of Palmdale Road and   Amethyst Road.

According to the article, a deputy was injured in the crash involving three vehicles. The deputy complained of pain after the accident. He was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries and has since been released.

Reportedly, the deputy was northbound on Amethyst Road and was proceeding through the intersection when a vehicle, driven by 60-year-old Adelanto woman Barbara Stewart and collided with the deputy’s car.  A third vehicle, driven by James Boross, 54, of Victorville was also involved in the crash.

The incident remains under investigation.
