Dennis Throm Seriously Hurt in Calistoga Crash on Highway 128 

Calistoga, California (March 14, 2023) – Dennis Throm, 77, of Brookings, Oregon, was among several people hurt in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday evening in Calistoga, according to authorities.

The wreck happened at around 5:07 p.m. March 12, on Highway 128 near Tubbs Lane 

According to California Highway Patrol, Megan Turner, 32, of Santa Rosa, was in a 2020 Honda CR-V driving east on Highway 128 when, for unknown reasons, she crashed head-on with a westbound 2020 Hyundai Palisade.

The driver of the Hyundai, Cynthia Throm, 63, of Brookings, Oregon, and her passenger, Dennis Throm, were taken to Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment of major injuries.

Turner and a passenger in her vehicle, an 8-year-old girl, also had serious injuries and were both taken to the Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa.

Authorities are investigating the incident.
