Dennis Braun Hurt in Tuttletown Collision on Reynolds Ferry Road

Tuttletown, California (May 4, 2023) – Dennis Braun, 62, of Waterford, was injured in a two-vehicle collision on Reynolds Ferry Road in the Tuttletown area of Tuolumne County, the California Highway Patrol said.

Three other parties were also injured in the incident that took place west of Highway 49.

According to CHP, Timothy Kearn, 20, of Sonora, was driving a 2005 Honda Accord eastbound on Reynolds Ferry Road when he drifted across the centerline, for unknown reasons, and collided head-on with a westbound a 2016 Lexus IS350 that was stopped to make a turn.

Braun was the driver of the Lexus and sustained minor injuries.

Kearn and his passengers, David Vogel, 19, of Sonora, and Tavon Henderson, 27, of Stockton, also suffered minor injuries.

Kearn was also arrested on suspicion of DUI at the scene of the crash.

The crash is under investigation.
