Bakersfield, California (November 12, 2022) – A California Highway Patrol officer riding a motorcycle was injured in a traffic collision that took place on Friday afternoon in southwest Bakersfield, according to the authorities.

The incident took place on Panama Lane near Fort Henry Way at around 2 p.m. November 11.

The officer reportedly went down and the motorcycle collided with another vehicle.
