CHP Officer Hurt in Los Angeles Accident on 1st Street and Eastern Avenue

Los Angeles, California (March 9, 2023) – A CHP officer was injured in a collision early Thursday morning in East Los Angeles, according to the authorities.

The wreck occurred on 1st Street and Eastern Avenue at around 12:00 a.m.

Authorities said the CHP officer was trapped in their car after colliding with a civilian vehicle.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and helped the officer.
