1 Injured in Long Beach Accident on Highway 91 near Atlantic Avenue

Long Beach, California (March 15, 2023) – Police are investigating a two-vehicle accident that left one individual with minor injuries on Tuesday night in Long Beach.

According to a California Highway Patrol report, the collision occurred on westbound Highway 91, just east of Atlantic Avenue, at about 8:11 p.m. on March 14.

Police confirmed two cars were involved in the accident. One of the drivers was reportedly driving recklessly before the collision.

Firefighters and medical personnel rushed to aid one person hurt in the accident. The patient was treated for minor injuries.

The vehicles were towed away from the crash site. 

Authorities blocked all lanes to give way to clearing and rescue operations.
