Child Hurt in Prunedale Car Accident on 8170 Prunedale North Road

Prunedale, California (February 9, 2023) – A child got trapped underneath a vehicle after a traffic collision that happened Wednesday afternoon in Prunedale, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The incident was reported at around 5:38 p.m. near 8170 Prunedale North Road.

It was unclear how the accident occurred, leaving the kid trapped underneath the car.

Firefighters and AMR responded to the scene and freed the child.

Paramedics said the kid suffered minor injuries.

Police are investigating to establish the cause of the accident.
