According to the report, a Chrysler 300 sedan was traveling south on International Boulevard when it collided with a Toyota Prius that was making a left turn onto 54th Avenue
Oakland, Calif. – Several people were hurt in a collision involving an AC Transit bus in Oakland on Friday evening, according to the Oakland Fire Department.
The incident took place in the area of International Boulevard and 54th Avenue at about 5:15 a.m. March 8.
According to the report, a Chrysler 300 sedan was traveling south on International Boulevard when it collided with a Toyota Prius that was making a left turn onto 54th Avenue.
The Chrysler then crossed into the dedicated bus lane and collided with the AC Transit bus.
12 people on the bus and the other two drivers were injured in the accident.
Two of the patients reportedly had critical injuries while the others suffered minor injuries.
Authorities are conducting an investigation into the accident.
