Rider Injured in Fresno Bicycle Crash on Cornelia and Brown Avenues

Fresno, California (March 8, 2023) – A bicyclist was seriously injured in a vehicle collision in northwest Fresno Tuesday evening.

The wreck happened near Cornelia and Brown avenues shortly before 8:30 p.m. March 7.

Fresno police said the bicyclist was hit by a vehicle in the area under unclear circumstances.

The rider was rushed to a hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the scene after the incident.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
